While I realise we are in difficult times please don't hesitate to continue to reach out for help as I am still operating as normal. There are options available to help you, with over the phone sessions or I can still conduct face to face meetings with social distancing in place in a secure private room if you prefer that.

Passionate Counsellor & Psycotherapist
I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree and have completed further studies / training in Eating Disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I have also completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). An associate member of Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I provide a private, safe space in the Knocklyon, Templeogue, Rathfarnham & Clondalkin areas for clients to help facilitate their self-growth. You may have a specific issue that you require support with to work through or you may just not feel yourself and are not sure why. I'm here to help you to explore that using a person centred and integrative approach to provide you with techniques to better manage your everyday life.

Eating disorders are complex mental illnesses. Anyone can suffer from an eating disorder regardless of age, gender, or background.
If your mental or emotional state quickly gets worse help is available. You're not alone; Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery.
Anxiety can become a mental health problem if it impacts on your ability to live your life in any way. Anxiety can also take the form of panic attacks
Having little self-belief can stop you from living the life you want to live. Some of the experiences of low self-esteem can also be symptoms of mental health problems, such as: feeling hopeless, blaming yourself, unfairly hating yourself or worrying about being unable to do things.
Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure. Pressure turns into stress when you feel unable to cope
Grief & Loss
The way grief affects you depends on lots of things, including what kind of loss you have suffered.Talking through the stages of grief helps you to come to terms with your loss and ultimately helps you to adapt to a new way of life.
Parenting can be satisfying and fulfilling. Challenging times can also arise. Therapeutic support can give a parent the guidance they may need.
You may be facing difficulties in your relationship. Therapy can help, by giving tools and techniques to improve conflict resolution.
