Passionate Counsellor & Psycotherapist
I am a qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree and a fully accredited member of the IACP. I have also completed further studies / training in Eating Disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I have also completed the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). I provide a private, safe space in the Knocklyon, Templeogue, Rathfarnham & Clondalkin areas for clients to help facilitate their self-growth. You may have a specific issue that you require support with to work through or you may just not feel yourself and are not sure why. I'm here to help you to explore that using a person centred and integrative approach to provide you with techniques to better manage your everyday life.

The way grief affects you depends on lots of things, including what kind of loss you have suffered.Talking through the stages of grief helps you to come to terms with your loss and ultimately helps you to adapt to a new way of life.
